One more blog. This is more more blog in the sea of blogs. So what makes this blog any different than all the others out there? I don't know. All I know is that I need this for me. I need a change. As my intro says, I am a Latina mother of 2. I am a wife and I work from home. I literally sit all day. And because of all the sitting, I have gained 30 lbs.
